Ciske Crumb originally hailed from Belgium and currently resides in the South of France, came to Second Life specifically for the music. The idea to be able to play for people from all over the world really appealed to him.

As a live musician in RL and SL, Ciske loves to play Blues Classics, some rock tunes and as well as some of his own compositions.

Guitar player, Ciske Crumb is a Bluesman at heart. Born in Brussels, he started playing guitar at the age of 12. He has played with a number of different rock bands over the years. But since his trip to Chicago in 2000, he fell hard for the Blues and has been playing them ever since.

He says he is truly inspired by the old blind bluesmen such as Blind Lemon Jefferson, Blind Blakes and Blind Willie Mc Tell, but also finds inspiration from the likes of Robert Johnson, Big Bill Broonzy, Tampa Red, Elmore James, Howling Wolf and Muddy Waters. Ciske says “What I like in the old Blues songs are the words which always touch people as much today as they did when they were written, about life, love, girls... “
